Before Codrison existed as a company, its founders were already building this: realtime AI voice agents, retrieval-grounded knowledge platforms, and production web applications — shipped independently, not as portfolio filler.
Codrison is what happens when that becomes the full-time job. We are deliberately hands-on — every engagement is built by the people who founded the company, not handed off to whoever is free.
The method stays simple: understand the actual workflow, build the smallest system that changes it, ship it to production, and stay accountable for how it runs.

The interesting part of this work is not the model. It is the operational change around it: who reviews what, what happens when confidence is low, how the system gets better next quarter. That is where we spend our time, and it is why our clients keep the systems we build.
