How it actually works here

We are fully remote and have been since day one. Work is written down: design notes, decision records, and asynchronous review as the default. Meetings exist, but they earn their place.

Everyone is client-facing. Engineers sit in the discovery sessions, designers watch the operations teams work, and the person who built the system is the person who explains it. It is the fastest way we know to build something worth keeping.
